Motorcycle sales recorded a 4% growth, increasing from 172,836 units in November 2023 to 180,247 units in November 2024.
TVS Motor Company saw a 10% rise in overall sales in November 2024, reaching 401,250 units compared to 364,231 units in November 2023. This growth was driven by strong performance in two-wheelers and electric vehicles, offset by a decline in three-wheeler sales. Export numbers also showed significant improvement.

In contrast to the positive growth in two-wheelers and EVs, three-wheeler sales declined. The company registered sales of 8,777 three-wheeler units in November 2024, compared to 12,128 units in November 2023.

Two-wheeler sales

Two-wheeler sales grew by 12%, increasing from 352,103 units in November 2023 to 392,473 units in November 2024. Domestic two-wheeler sales experienced a 6% increase, rising from 287,017 units in November 2023 to 305,323 units in November 2024.

Motorcycle sales recorded a 4% growth, increasing from 172,836 units in November 2023 to 180,247 units in November 2024. Scooter sales saw a more substantial increase of 22%, rising from 135,749 units in November 2023 to 165,535 units in November 2024.

EV sales

Electric vehicle (EV) sales demonstrated significant growth, increasing by 57% from 16,782 units in November 2023 to 26,292 units in November 2024. This highlights the increasing popularity of EVs.

Exports

TVS Motor Company's international business also performed well. Total exports increased by 25%, from 75,203 units in November 2023 to 93,755 units in November 2024. Two-wheeler exports specifically saw a 34% jump, rising from 65,086 units in November 2023 to 87,150 units in November 2024.
