Nissan Motor India (NMIPL) launched its first National Training Centre, the Nissan Academy, at its Alliance JV plant in Chennai. The academy aims to improve customer service by enhancing the skills of Nissan's dealership and service staff across India. The launch, officiated by Frank Torres, DVP AMIEO & President, Nissan India Operations, highlights Nissan's commitment to the Indian market and its customer base. This 10,500-square-feet facility will provide training in sales, technical maintenance, and body shop services.
