Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, Germany, announced that its flagship brand BharatBenz has been awarded ‘Well-Known Trademark’ status by the Intellectual Property Office, India. This recognition highlights the brand's strong market presence and reputation since its launch twelve years ago. BharatBenz attributes this achievement to its focus on performance, innovation, safety, and customer trust.

The company highlights its commitment to meeting global safety standards, including Europe's ECE R29-03, enhancing driver protection during crashes.
