The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) recently concluded its ninth iAutoConnect event in New Delhi. The two-day event, supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, connected Indian auto component manufacturers with global aftermarket distributors and dealers. The goal was to showcase the capabilities of the Indian auto component industry and foster international business relationships.

Wide range of products

Over 170 buyers from more than 40 countries attended the event, representing regions including Africa, ASEAN, Eastern Europe, Latin America, SAARC, and West Asia. Ninety-one Indian companies exhibited their products and services at the event held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. Vimal Anand, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, and Shradha Suri Marwah, President, ACMA & CMD, Subros, inaugurated the event.

The event provided attendees with insights into the advanced manufacturing standards, technological expertise, and cost competitiveness of India's auto component industry.
